Dr. Daniel Green, MD, FRCPC

Gastroenterology and Therapeutic Endoscopy 
Lakeridge Health and The Oshawa Clinic Group

Dr. Daniel Green is a staff gastroenterologist at Lakeridge Hospital and holds an academic appointment of Assistant Professor of Medicine at Queen’s University.  He also serves as Division Head, Gastroenterology for the Lakeridge Health Corporation. 

He completed his gastroenterology training at the University of Toronto and a fellowship in Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy at St. Michael’s Hospital.  In addition to his expertise in general gastroenterology, hepatology and endoscopy, he has an interest in clinical research and is the Principal Investigator for several Phase III studies in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and various other gastrointestinal conditions. 

He is the Medical Advisor for the Durham East Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada and serves on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association of Gastroenterology as its current President and chair of the International Symposium on Liver and IBD Review.

He has won several competitive funding awards and has multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Lee Roth, MD, FRCPC

Dr. Lee Roth practices general gastroenterology in the community with adjunct faculty appointments at The University of Toronto, McMaster University and Toronto Metropolitan University. He completed his training at Western University in 2010 and a master's in clinical epidemiology at McMaster University the following year. He practices in various inpatient and outpatient settings, most prominently at Etobicoke General Hospital (William Osler Health System). Dr. Roth is a member of the OAG Board of Directors and currently serves as its Treasurer.
